History:

Chassis No. SE90 018 was delivered new to Obermaier Racing in 1990 for entry in the European Interseries. After spending some time in North America competing in historic Group C events the car returned to the UK.

Chassis 018 is a relatively low mileage car, with much originality and stands today fully recommissioned and rebuilt by DAMAX. Subsequently the car has had two very successful outings in the Group C series this year, two 1st places (Spa) and two 2nd places (Silverstone Classic).

Specification:

Engine: Cosworth DFR on Cosworth electronic fuel injection with long trumpets for extra torque. 4 hours running since complete rebuild, new crank, rods, pistons, valves, springs, bearings, compound gears etc.

Gearbox / Transaxle: Hewland / Spice new CWP. All running gear rebuilt.

Spares: Wheel sets, spare nose, drive shafts, gear ratios, starter, brake discs and bells.

Fuel tanks: Current.

Valid crack test certificates.

Bodywork and clam sections: New paint to period livery.
